Pay Rate: £13 - £18 per hour (depending on experience)

We are currently recruiting School Administrators for multiple schools across Watford, Hemel Hempstead, Northampton, and Milton Keynes. This is an excellent opportunity for organised and professional individuals with strong administrative skills who are looking for long-term employment in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Acting as the first point of contact for parents, staff, and visitors

Managing telephone calls, emails, and correspondence

Supporting the leadership team with day-to-day administration

Maintaining accurate records and databases

Assisting with pupil admissions, attendance, and safeguarding records

Preparing reports, letters, and documentation as required

General office duties to ensure the smooth running of the school office

Requirements:

Previous experience in an administrative role (school admin experience desirable but not essential)

Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, databases, SIMS experience advantageous)

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment

Professional, reliable, and approachable manner

Enhanced DBS required (or willingness to obtain)
