About the Role

As a PE Teacher, you will deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that encourage students to develop their physical skills, confidence, and enjoyment of sport.

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering high-quality PE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 opportunities may be available)
Teaching a range of sports and physical activities
Promoting participation, teamwork, and healthy lifestyles
Assessing and monitoring student progress
Supporting extracurricular sports clubs and school teams
Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a teacher who:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Has experience teaching PE in a secondary school setting
Has strong subject knowledge across a variety of sports
Can motivate and engage students of all abilities
Demonstrates excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
Is enthusiastic, reliable, and a strong team player
This role is suitable for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
