Key Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have experience in, or exposure to, the following:

• IT support experience (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Windows Server #removed#)
• Windows 10 & 11
• macOS
• GPO, DNS & DHCP
• Microsoft Exchange Online and Office 365
• Active Directory
• Hyper-V / VMware
• Firewalls, VPN implementation and configuration
• Sophos AV and Endpoint Encryption
• SharePoint Online
• Microsoft Office #removed#)
• Knowledge of Linux systems (desirable)

About You

• Personable, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Able to manage your own workload effectively
• Confident working both remotely and on-site with clients

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' IT support experience (or equivalent capability)
• Full, clean UK driving licence and access to a car (site visits required; mileage reimbursed)
