Contract Manager - National Sites (Hybrid Role)
Based ideally between Harrogate and Leeds
Salary: Up to £60,000 + £5,100 Car Allowance + 15% Bonus

Our client is looking for an experienced Contract Manager to lead the operations of a national portfolio, including two key Data Centres and multiple corporate and call centre sites across the UK. This is a hybrid role, with the primary presence required in Knaresborough and York.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a multi-site contract with locations in Yorkshire, London, Leicester, Coventry, and Milton Keynes (minimal travel outside Yorkshire).

Lead and develop a team of 7 direct reports across the estate.

*

Take ownership of the P&L, ensuring cost control and contract profitability.

*

Drive compliance, performance, and client satisfaction across critical environments.

What We're Looking For:

Based within commutable distance to Knaresborough and York (Harrogate/Leeds area ideal).

*

Background in Data Centres or critical environments is essential.

*

Electrical engineering qualification is required.

*

Proven experience at Contract Manager level with strong financial/commercial acumen.

*

Confident leader with excellent client and stakeholder communication skills.
