Our client, a forward-thinking property management organisation with a rich heritage, is looking for a Temporary Personal Assistant to support their dynamic team. Position: Temporary PA
Contract Length: 2 months
Hourly Rate: £20 - £24
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:15 am - 5:30 pm
Office Location: Marble Arch (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

As a Temporary PA, you'll provide essential support to one of the Director's and their team. Your role will include:

Diary Management: organise and maintain diary, ensuring smooth coordination with other PAs and flexibility for changes.
Communication Management: Handle telephone, voicemail, and email messages for the team, ensuring timely responses and redirection as necessary.
Administrative Support: Ensure the efficiency of team operations through effective administration support, adhering to corporate and best practise standards.General Support Duties:

Meeting Coordination: organise internal and external meetings, including room bookings, equipment setup, and catering arrangements.
Report Preparation: Coordinate, prepare, maintain, and distribute reports and meeting documents to keep everyone informed.
Customer Interactions: Arrange property inspections and manage keys for team members and external agents.
Filing Management: Ensure timely and efficient management of electronic and hard-copy filing according to corporate procedures.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Liaise with other support teams such as IT, Finance, and HR to meet business needs.What We're Looking For:

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Previous experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in administrative support and team coordination.
