Immediate Start - We are currently recruiting on behalf of our well-established and growing client based in Littleport, who is seeking a Production Operative to join their team.

Working Hours:
Week 1: Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:00
Week 2: Monday to Thursday, 14:00 - 00:00

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and reliable individual seeking a hands-on role within a busy manufacturing environment. Previous experience is desirable; however, full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately weighing and measuring powdered materials

* Setting up and operating production machinery

* Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met

* Assembling components using hand and power tools

* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment

* Working efficiently to meet production targets

Requirements:

* A positive and proactive attitude towards work and colleagues

* Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

* Previous manufacturing or production experience (desirable)

* Experience using hand and power tools

* Experience operating machinery

* Strong attention to detail, particularly when measuring materials

* Comfortable with manual handling and physically demanding tasks

This role would suit someone practical, hardworking, and eager to develop their skills within a supportive team environment.
