Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:





The fabrication and characterization of nanostructured devices, including exfoliated graphene and transition metal dichalcogenide semiconductor devices, carbon nanotube devices, and semiconductor MOSFETs. The fabrication technique requires demonstrated background in ebeam lithography techniques to make complex devices. Demonstrated back ground in device physics, for both electrical and optical devices.





Other reasonable duties as assigned.





Job Requirements:

Ph.D. degree from college or University accredited by the US Department of Education or internationally recognized accrediting organization.





Background in fabrication and characterization of nanostructured devices.





Ability to mentor graduate and undergraduate students.
