You will be responsible for representing clients in both contentious and non-contentious matters, including commercial disputes, civil litigation, employment disputes, and more. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile cases and collaborate with experienced legal professionals.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of litigation matters from inception to resolution
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare court documents
• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and negotiations
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes for clients
• Maintain accurate case records and billing information
• Stay updated on changes in legislation and legal developments relevant to litigation practice

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in litigation
• Proven experience handling a variety of litigation matters
