We are currently looking for an experienced Complaints Handler to join our client based in Wolverhampton. This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience within a similar role.

Duties include -

Handle all complaints received across all product lines within the response stage of the complaint handling process
Complete the initial acknowledgement of a complaint
Take ownership for managing and resolving all customer queries, ensuring a thorough investigation has been carried out
Provide a great level of service at all timesRequirements -
