Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: £30000.00 - £35000.00 per annum + plus Car Allowance

Your new role
Working for a large commercial organisation, this is a great time to join as they enter into their busiest time of the year. A full generalist role, you will be working with line managers, supporting them with a range of employee issues. With a strong leaning towards ER case management, you will benefit from managing a full range of case work, but also have the support of a wider HR team. This role will also involve some project work as they implement a new time and attendance system.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor who is able to work closely with line managers to help and support them manage their teams. You should have a great employment law knowledge and a real passion for employee relations.
