We're working with a number of welcoming and supportive primary schools across North Manchester who are looking for passionate graduates to join them this September as support staff. These roles are a great first step if you're considering a future career in teaching, educational psychology, counselling, SEND support, youth work, or mentoring.

Helping with literacy, numeracy, play-based and creative activities

Providing additional support to children with SEND or other learning needs (full training provided)

Building positive relationships to encourage confidence, independence, and engagement

Gaining invaluable school-based experience ahead of teacher training or further study

A degree (2:2 or above) in a relevant or transferable subject (Psychology, Education, Childhood Studies, Counselling, Social Sciences, English, Maths, Arts etc.)

A genuine passion for working with children and young people

A proactive, patient, and reliable approach to learning and behaviour support

Experience working with young people (e.g. tutoring, volunteering, youth groups, holiday camps) is helpful but not essential

What You'll Get in Return

Competitive daily pay (paid weekly)

5 FREE CPD courses when you register (including SEND and classroom behaviour management)

Flexible work options across different year groups and school types

A dedicated consultant to support you every step of the way

Experience that strengthens applications for PGCE, psychology routes, teacher training or SEND pathways
