Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer

Location: West Yorkshire (Hybrid)

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £50k - £65k DOE

The Role

We're on the lookout for a Senior Full Stack Developer who can set the standard for how to build software by writing clean, reliable code, mentoring others, and helping to shape the future of our platforms.

If you know Laravel inside out, understand what makes a site fast, accessible, and user-friendly, and have solid cloud experience, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Be Doing

Developing and optimising code across the eCommerce platform and internal systems.
Taking ownership of complex features and ensuring they're scalable and reliable.
Reviewing code, mentoring teammates, and keeping projects on track.
Working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and shape solutions.
Designing and tuning databases and infrastructure in AWS.
Ensuring testing (manual and automated) is baked into your workflow.

What We're Looking For

5+ years' hands-on experience with Laravel.
5+ years' experience with React.
3+ years' experience with TypeScript.
Strong Git/CI/CD knowledge and experience in high-paced environments.
Solid AWS skills (ideally with serverless hosting).
Someone confident guiding/mentoring junior developers.
Strong communicator, comfortable working with cross-functional and offshore teams.

Bonus Skills (Not Essential)

Background in eCommerce (Magento, Shopify, etc.).
Experience with Storybook, component libraries, and WCAG accessibility.
Payment gateway or system integration experience (WMS, PIM, etc.).
Automated testing tools (Playwright, Selenium, etc.) and load testing.
Exposure to monitoring and performance tooling
