Are you friendly, organised, and passionate about providing outstanding customer service?
Join our clients busy vehicle workshop in Preston as a Service Receptionist - the welcoming face of our clients team!

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone

Schedule service bookings and manage the workshop calendar

Act as a communication link between customers and mechanics

Provide service estimates, prepare invoices, and process payments

Maintain accurate customer records and service histories

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (automotive experience is a bonus)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

Comfortable using computers and booking systems

Knowledge of vehicles or automotive services is a definite advantage
