Description

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for indirect categories.
• Identify and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and value.
• Conduct market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements in line with company policies.
• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues effectively.
• Collaborate with a full range of internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs.
• Preparation and execution of tenders, RFI's and RFQ's for facilities.
• Drive to increase efficiency and development of the Procurement department.

Profile

A successful Indirect Procurement Specialist should have:

• Relevant qualifications or experience procurement, supply chain, or a related field, particularly within warehousing and logistics.
• Proven experience in indirect procurement within a professional environment, particularly within FM category.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Skilled in end to end tendering activity, RFI, and RFQ delivery
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.
• Keenness to innovate processes and optimise commercial operation.
• Confidence using Procurement tools, SAP knowledge is a bonus!

Job Offer
