We require& a Senior& Digital Technology Support& Analyst to& join& our& Merlin Digital team at our Chessington World of Adventures Resort!

&

The Senior& Digital Technology Support& Analyst is& responsible for….\:

  • Representing Merlin IT within the& Chessington World of Adventures& Resort, delivering first class IT services (level 1-3)& to all staff based within the site, delivering positive and proactive customer service and ensuring appropriate service level agreements are met.
  • You will be supporting MS Windows 7, Office 2010, ePOS and all bespoke applications used onsite, providing Out of Office Hours support on a rota basis.
  • You will be responsible for the effective provision of systems and services to customers, IT stock and IT estate management as well as managing major events and / or priority 1 issues on site - with the assistance of off-site Merlin IT teams where necessary.&

  • You will assist IT budgeting and strategic road mapping.

  • Champion and promote Service Improvement on an on-going basis to continually improve quality and user satisfaction with IT Services.

  • Be available to the UK Service Support Teams to assist in business impacts outside of& Chessington World of Adventures& Resort if required.

We are looking for the following skills and experience...

  • This is a senior level IT support role and so we are looking for candidates who want to further develop their skills and experience working for an exciting and fun-loving brand.& Outstanding customer service and strong communication skills are essential.&
  • Demonstrable high level, in-depth IT experience within a corporate / business environment, with the ability to think on your feet, solving problems and working as part of a team.
  • Experience in& senior leadership engagement coupled with an understanding of project management.
  • In-depth epos / till experience, MS Windows 7 and Office 2010.
  • To be considered for the role it is also essential that you can drive and have a car.
