Systems Administrator - Prioritising Requests
A Leading Financial Services firm are looking to hire a Systems Administrator - who will prioritise entitlement requests to work out of their Belfast office (hybrid)
- The role is an initial 12 month contract, with scope to roll.
- Paying anywhere between £300-£350 per day (Inside IR35)
- 3 days a week in the office (2 from home) - Belfast Office
*Standard Sys Admin role - no other specific knowledge required*
Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing entitlement requests and approving/rejecting/referring; that's the core of it.
- Currently have an in-house custom built system (Risk & Controls (CRC) used for a number of Risk Management activities including the Managers Control Assessments (MCA). The MCA program is used by the front line to identify and assess both the operational risks inherent to our business and the controls we put in place to manage them.
- This is a global system with a high user base. Any individual that plays a part in the MCA program will likely need access. Hence there is an administrator role who must review entitlement requests and either accept, reject or refer to other individuals for secondary review.
- SLAs are in place to ensure timely review of entitlement requests and the administrator will help us maintain and report our metrics on entitlement processing.
- There will likely be a need/opportunity to support the team on other tasks related to the core administrator work. For example, we routinely run a review and purge of unused entitlements due to staff changes that we wish to eliminate.
