The Role
Our client are seeking a Project Director to drive the scheme, manage the client and work with the established supply chain. You will know outputs, sequencing and risk from past projects. You will have the people skills to build relationships with clients whilst getting the best from your team.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the end-to-end delivery of a food storage project

* Manage and coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders

* Ensure delivery against programme, budget, and quality targets

* Maintain and develop strong client relationships

* Champion health & safety across all project phases

Requirements

* Proven experience in a Project Director or Senior Project Manager role

* Essential: Demonstrable experience delivering a food storage / cold storage

* Background working for a main contractor

* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

* Commercially astute with strong risk management capability

* Experience managing complex, high-value construction projects

* Open to travel and staying away

* Competitive Basic Salary UP TO £155,000
