Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Estimator to join our growing and supportive team in Farnborough. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in construction, manufacturing, or technical sales support to develop their estimating skills in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

You will play a key role in supporting the sales and production teams by preparing accurate quotes, coordinating procurement, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and assist with sales quotations and pricing for customer enquiries

Procure materials and liaise with suppliers to meet project specifications

Produce and update cutting lists and fabrication sketches for production

Maintain and organise job-related paperwork, ensuring compliance with CE marking requirements

Collaborate closely with the yard team and production staff

Contribute to overall team efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Some experience in estimating, sales support, or technical coordination (ideally in engineering or manufacturing)

Competent in using Microsoft Office and CAD

A proactive, problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure
