A progressive and high-achieving secondary school in Milton Keynes is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Modern Foreign Languages Teacher to join their dedicated team from September 2025. The role offers the opportunity to teach French and/or Spanish across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential for Key Stage 5 as the department expands.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach French and/or Spanish across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with potential Key Stage 5 opportunities)

Create engaging, inclusive lessons that build students' language confidence and skills

Contribute to the MFL department's ongoing success and development

Participate in wider school life, including extracurricular language and cultural activities

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification

Have a strong academic background in languages, with fluency in French, Spanish, or both

Be passionate about language teaching and intercultural understanding

Be committed to raising achievement and nurturing student potential

Bring enthusiasm, creativity, and a reflective approach to teaching practice
