We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant Level 2 to join our KS2 team. This role is ideal for someone who is flexible, adaptable, and committed to contributing positively to our school environment. Consistent attendance is essential to provide stability and support to our students.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Assist in the delivery of classroom activities in KS2.
• Work closely with the teaching staff to implement lesson plans and educational activities.
• Support individual students and small groups to help them meet their educational and developmental goals.
• Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment.
• Participate in school meetings and training sessions as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably within KS2.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing classroom environments.
• Commitment to maintaining consistent attendance to ensure continuity for the students.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to working with students and staff.
