We are working in close partnership with a respected Multi-Academy Trust to recruit an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner. This is a pivotal opportunity for a confident and people-focused HR professional to help drive strategic and operational HR initiatives across a diverse group of primary and secondary schools.

The Role

As HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, solutions-oriented HR service to senior leaders, headteachers, and school-based staff. You'll be a trusted advisor on a wide range of people matters including:

Organisational change and workforce planning

*

Employee relations and casework

*

Policy implementation and compliance

*

Staff wellbeing and engagement strategies

*

Performance and absence management

*

Talent development and retention initiatives

Your ability to build positive, credible relationships at all levels will be critical to supporting the Trust's vision of creating high-performing, inclusive, and values-led learning environments.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an HR professional who can bring:

*

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor, ideally within education or a multi-site setting

*

Strong understanding of employment law, safeguarding and HR best practice

*

Experience advising on complex casework and organisational change

*

Confidence in influencing senior stakeholders and managing risk

*

A CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable
