Job Description: This Control Room Lead position will be managing and executing remote operational control of multiple salt water disposal facilities and pipelines. The position will be responsible for improving efficiencies and effectiveness of daily field operations, while improving safety and environmental stewardship. Reporting to Director of Technical Field Services. Duties and Responsibilities: Monitor and control SWD facilities to lower the cost of operations, reduce environmental impact, and improve HSE Perform material balance on gathering system to ensure volumetric data is correct for accounting and system is operational Manage active alarms within control room management guidelines Manage operator shift schedule Develop KPI, daily production reports Write standard operating procedures for remote operations of facilities Ensure control room operators are fit for duty and fatigue management guidelines are being followed. Conduct alarm rationalization exercises and master alarm database monthly reviews Work with the SCADA team to test new development and provide feedback on existing SCADA implementation Actively participate in all area EH&S programs and initiatives. Serve as a backup operator Serve as initial contact for emergency notification and action plan for operational and environmental emergency. Participate in daily field operations conference calls  Qualifications and Experience: 5 years experience working as a lease operator, artificial lift technician, I/E technician or control room operator 3 years SCADA system experience Ability to work well with others in a team environment Ability to work efficiently a fast-paced environment Excellent written and oral communication skills Able to travel to the field Excellent computer skills with proficiencies in Word, Excel, and Outlook Must demonstrate advanced project management, analysis, and modeling skills Able to apply common-sense understanding to daily tasks/issues Forthright communication with management and field: issues & resolutions, required manpower & equipment Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated Salary competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience
