Our construction company is looking for a Part Time office assistant. The ideal candidate would be great on the phone, computer savvy and detail oriented. Duties will include answering phones, making phone calls, data entry, filing, scanning of doc’s, photocopying, general office task client visits and assisting with miscellaneous projects.
- A minimum of 1 year administrative experience in a construction related company is helpful
- Open to learn and grow within the Company
- A minimum of high School diploma
- Friendly and professional on the phone
- Able to multitask and know how to prioritize
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Experience with Microsoft word, Excel, sales force, blue beam and outlook.
- Fluent in English(Verbal and writing)
Hours M-W-F 9 to 4.
