Role: Warehouse Operative

Location: Eastleigh

Salary: Up to £32k per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday (Full Time)

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join a great team. This is a hands on role involving a variety of warehouse duties, ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Stock replenishment and general warehouse organisation
• Maintaining a clean, safe working environment
• Using warehouse systems and following company processes
• Operating a forklift (if qualified)

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse experience (preferred but not required)
• A positive, proactive attitude
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail
• Willingness to learn
• Forklift licence beneficial but not necessary
