Must Have's

* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within commercial insurance

* Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

* Ability to manage time effectively and take initiative

* A genuine interest in business and supporting business leadership

Nice to have's

* Experience building tailored insurance plans for a variety of clients

* Familiarity with industry trends and a proactive approach to staying informed
