About the Role

Teach engaging and effective lessons across Key Stage 1, focusing on Year 1 or Year 2

Plan and deliver lessons that meet the needs of all learners, promoting progress and enthusiasm for learning

Develop excellent classroom management and behaviour strategies

*

Work closely with mentors and colleagues to reflect on and improve teaching practice

*

Participate fully in the school's induction and professional development programme

*

Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and eligibility for ECT induction

A strong commitment to developing teaching skills and pedagogy
