Property Manager - Residential Block Property Manager

£30,000 - £35,000 PA + £4,440 Car Allowance

Residential Block Property Managers required across the Hertfordshire / Bedfordshire area. The portfolio of properties will be allocated to the successful candidate depending on their location & remote working options are also on offer.

A quick overview of the role...

* Property Inspections & Maintenance - Carrying out inspections & producing reports

* Finance - Overseeing budgets & client accounts

* Insurance - Dealing with building, Directors & Officers insurance

* Meetings - Attend EGMs, AGMs, Directors & Residents meetings as & when required

* Contractors - arrange & deal with contractors to carry out relevant works as required

* Property Sales - Assignment of the leases etc

* Complaints - manage & take ownership of any complaints to ensure they are dealt with in line with legislation

A sound working knowledge of Section 20 would be a massive advantage for these roles.
