We're currently recruiting a Finance Analyst on behalf of a prestigious Cambridge based institution, this is a temporary position initially for 6 months.

This is a rare chance to be at the heart of a forward-thinking finance division, delivering impact across a large and complex organisation.

You'll support during the finance transformation programme while the organisation look at current processes and support them to improve cost transparency across the organisation. Working with a high-calibre team, you'll help design and implement a new Chart of Accounts, support the adoption of cutting-edge financial systems, and provide data-led insights to inform key strategic decisions.
This role combines financial analysis, systems implementation, stakeholder engagement, and process redesign. 

The main duties are as follows - 

- Provide clear financial insights and reporting to guide senior leadership
- Design and test structures for a new financial reporting framework
- Contribute to strategic planning and cost attribution analysis
- Work closely with the finance team and review P&L and reconciliations and advise on opportunities to streamline the processes. 

You will ideally be a chartered Accountant with strong financial analysis experience, ideally in both commercial and public sector settings. You must have the ability to communicate complex finance concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
