Altum Consulting are proud to be partnering with a multinational, award winning media business in their search for an experienced Accounts Receivable assistant to join their transactional finance team.
This position would suit an individual with strong accounts receivable/sales ledger experience coupled with good knowledge of credit control and billings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting AR around billing & processing of invoices
- Maintain accurate financial records, including posting journal entries and performing reconciliations
- Assist with the preparation of monthly and yearly financial accounts
- Support the finance team with intercompany reconciliations and recharges
- Support the finance team with balance sheet reconciliations and maintain appropriate documentation
- Assist in tracking and monitoring budgets, expenses, and cost allocations
- Communicate financial data effectively to non-financial stakeholders
- Assist with financial audits by organising and providing necessary documentation
- Contribute to the improvement of financial processes and systems
- Support Finance Business Partner's on ad-hoc projects
- Provide general administrative support to the finance department as needed
