I am supporting a client in South Oxfordshire with the recruitment of a Customer Service professional to join a dynamic team at a forward-thinking waste management company.
In this role, you will:
- Be the go-to person for their diverse clientele, assisting them with everything from routine recycling pickups to complex hazardous waste management
- Ensure excellent service is provided by processing orders efficiently and liasing with trusted suppliers
- Play a key role in role in managing their online recycling portal and company website
- Support with company growth by searching for sales leads online and using their CRM
This is a fulltime role, suited to ideally someone with previous experience within the waste industry. If you are someone who can manage multiple tasks, juggle client orders, maintain and update customer records and support business growth then we want to hear from you! The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills, and will be comfortable in liasing with various customers.
- Hours: 37.5 hour working week Mon-Fri
- Flexibility: Attend the office for the first week of training and then 2-3 days in the office each month
- Salary: up to around £26,500 per annum
