We are looking to recruit a Warehouse Supervisor for my client in Uxbridge. It is essential for this role that you have extensive experience working in a busy warehouse environment, this is a fast paced and physically demanding role where you will be encouraging an organised and dynamic working environment.

The role will require you to delegate tasks to the team and ensure they are following all company procedures and complying with health and safety standards.

Working as a supervisor, team leader/ manager previously is needed.

Duties include:

• Supervising a busy team
• Ensuring training is carried out with new starters
• Supporting in the day to day duties in the warehouse
• Stock take
• Running reports
• Managing any problems within the team before escalating to senior management
