About the Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll step into classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher. You'll manage the class, deliver pre-prepared work, and help keep students engaged and on task, ensuring a calm and productive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise lessons and ensure students stay focused on set work

Manage classroom behaviour effectively

Provide general support and encouragement to students

Collaborate with teaching staff to maintain continuity in learning

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

Experience working with young people (e.g. tutoring, coaching, youth work)

Good classroom management and communication skills

A professional, flexible, and positive attitude

A genuine interest in education and supporting student development
