We're seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support with employee relations matters during a busy period. This 6-month assignment in the Reading area offers the chance to make a real impact by supporting a collaborative HR team.

Description

Provide expert advice on employee relations issues including grievances, disciplinaries, and conflict resolution
Support managers with casework and ensure fair, consistent application of policies
Help reduce ER caseload pressure across the team
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and best practice
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth HR operations during a peak period

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

CIPD-qualified or equivalent experience in HR
Strong background in employee relations casework
Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and manage sensitive issues with discretion
Experience in the education or public sector is a plus
