Quantity Surveyor - New Build & Refurb Projects
Location: Southampton
Salary: £60-70k + package (DOE)

We're looking for a bright, ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join a friendly, trusted team on exciting new build and refurbishment projects, you'll be supported by a new Head of Commercial.

About you:

Competent QS with experience in commercial work, new build, and refurbishment projects (fit-out experience is a bonus but not essential).

Hungry to progress and take on responsibility, not just someone who follows instructions.

Confident handling day-to-day surveying tasks while contributing to project growth.
