Essentra is currently seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team!
This individual will play an important role in the support and execution of Essentra’s design strategy. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for the design and development of Essentra’s digital and print assets. You will also work closely with our Marketing, Product Management, and Commercial teams.
MAIN FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the design and delivery of all marketing assets including website and email graphics, digital ads, mailers, brochures and other key marketing assets.
Reinforce, champion and uphold Essentra’s brand guidelines.
Work closely and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure designs support overall
goals and objectives.
Help bring new ideas to light, think outside the box and push Essentra’s boundaries.
Maintain graphics and art file libraries.
Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design or equivalent
1-2 years’ experience in graphic design
Strong knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite
Familiarity in HTML, CSS and Website Layouts
Familiarity setting up art files for print. (Margins, trim, bleed, etc.)
Strong time management skills, creative problem solving skills and strong initiative to complete projects on time; must be able to work independently, multi-task and balance multiple projects.
Attention to detail
Good eye for design, best practices.
Ability to work within brand guidelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Motivated and dependable self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.
- Team player who can balance team and individual responsibilities.
