We are seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join our clients expanding team in Eltham. You'll work across a broad range of sectors—including Education, Commercial, Emergency Services, and Health—while enjoying the flexibility of hybrid working.

Requirements

MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) status.
Building Surveying Degree or equivalent
Expertise in building surveying.
Must efficiently manage programs to ensure projects stay on track and within budget.
Experience in education, emergency services, healthcare and/or commercial projects is advantageous.
Strong client interaction skills are necessary to build relationships.
Proven leadership in interdisciplinary project teams is advantageous
