Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for:- Support with purchase ledger
- Processing invoices efficiently
- Preparing and posting weekly payment runs
- Handling manual data transfers between systems and the bank
- Reconciling accounts for multiple branches, recording ins and outs using Excel
- Providing ad hoc support wherever needed
What you will need:- Previous experience in a similar finance role (Finance Officer, Accounts Assistant, Purchase Ledger Clerk, Accounts Payable)
- Strong purchase ledger experience
- Ability to work independently and get to grips with multiple entities quickly
- Basic Excel skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude and the confidence to work with minimal hand-holding
