  • Support with purchase ledger 
  • Processing invoices efficiently
  • Preparing and posting weekly payment runs
  • Handling manual data transfers between systems and the bank
  • Reconciling accounts for multiple branches, recording ins and outs using Excel
  • Providing ad hoc support wherever needed
What you will need:
  • Previous experience in a similar finance role (Finance Officer, Accounts Assistant, Purchase Ledger Clerk, Accounts Payable)
  • Strong purchase ledger experience
  • Ability to work independently and get to grips with multiple entities quickly
  • Basic Excel skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and the confidence to work with minimal hand-holding
