We’re looking for reliable and hardworking Production Machine Operators to join our fast-paced fresh produce manufacturing team in Peterborough. This is a hands-on role working on high-speed packing lines, ensuring products are packed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

• Operate and monitor production machinery on packing lines (citrus, grapes, loose fruit).
• Carry out quality checks to ensure product freshness and compliance.
• Follow all health & safety, hygiene, and food safety procedures.
• Report machinery issues or line stoppages to supervisors/engineers promptly.
• Keep your work area clean, organised, and compliant with standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members and follow instructions effectively.
