We are currently recruiting for an Office Manager to join our Construction business on a new major project in the Docklands, East London.

What will you do?

* Management of FM team in coordination with commercial team

* Performance monitoring, reviewing and instructing FM team on resource levels and daily management

* Performance monitoring, reviewing and instructing catering team to ensure they deliver the requirements of the contract.

* Management and link to Lendlease IT ensuring provisions are fully functioning.

* Point of contact for contractors and Lendlease staff for office concerns.

* Management of booking systems (if applicable).

You will bring

* Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel both internal and external including sensitivity to others

* Excellent planning and organisation skills with the ability to multitask, work to deadlines, prioritise tasks and work to optimum efficiency

* Professional and mature approach when dealing with internal contacts and external clients / stakeholders and sensitive information

* Maintaining confidentiality at all times

* Excellent computer skills - intermediate ability on Microsoft suite
