Responsibilities within your new role

As E-Commerce Manager, you will take on various responsibilities that are crucial in ensuring the success of the company. Some of these include performance reporting and communicating learnings to internal and external stakeholders (Head of Marketing, Directors, Ad Agencies), regular communication and collaboration with marketing activity, organising web and email content to align with commercial/marketing objectives, monitoring stock levels and inbound stock, monitoring alerts in Google Merchant Centre to ensure the product feed is always in good health, evaluating user behaviour onsite through tools such as Hotjar, monitoring site speed and working with external development agencies to improve it, tracking SEO performance and identifying opportunities for long-term growth.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

The perfect candidate should possess a solid comprehension of Shopify, in addition to Klaviyo, GA4, Google Data Studio, Search Console, and Tag Manager. A high level of expertise with these tools is absolutely necessary. Furthermore, having practical experience with site speed evaluation and heat mapping tools like Hotjar is highly advantageous.
