Astro Education is working with a friendly village primary school near Crewe to recruit a Teaching Assistant for a Year 5 class.

This is a great opportunity to join a supportive and welcoming team, with a strong focus on pupil development and classroom support.

The Role

You will be supporting pupils within a Year 5 classroom, with a focus on lower ability learners.

* Supporting pupils within lessons

* Delivering small group interventions (including reading)

* Providing targeted support outside the classroom when required

* Helping pupils build confidence and progress academically

* Experience working within a primary school setting

* Strong communication and teamwork skills
