We're proud to be partnering with a leading provider of residential care for children and young people to recruit an exceptional Registered Homes Manager for one of their high-quality services. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation that prioritises therapeutic care, development and safeguarding.

The Role:

As the Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for the leadership, operational oversight, and regulatory compliance of a children's residential home. You will play a vital role in ensuring the home offers a safe, nurturing, and structured environment in line with the Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards.

You will:

* Lead, motivate, and manage a skilled care team.

* Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people.

* Oversee care planning, risk assessments and reviews.

* Liaise with Local Authorities, schools, and health professionals to ensure best outcomes.

* Ensure compliance with Ofsted, safeguarding, and health and safety standards.

* Maintain robust policies, procedures, and staff development plans.

* Drive continuous improvement across care, education, and operational areas.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* QCF Level 5 in Leadership & Management in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).

* A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager within a children's home.

* Strong working knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations 2015, Quality Care Standards, and safeguarding procedures.

* Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

* A valid UK driving licence.

* Experience with children displaying BESD (Behavioural, Emotional & Social Difficulties) and knowledge of therapeutic care models is highly desirable.
