Salary up to £28k per annum DOE



Pin Point Recruitment are working in partnership with a highly reputable Portsmouth based company. They are looking to bring in an office manager to help manage the work load they have successfully brought on.


* You will be required to manage the office facilities daily and liaise with suppliers when needed.

* A priority of yours will be to support the Operations/Finance/HR/Transport Managers

* You will provide professional, confidential administrative support for the company.

* At all times you will be required to ensure the companies quality & procedures are adhered to.

* When visitors and customers enter the office, you ensure they are met with the companies' high standards.

Required Skills:

* You will be able to work under pressure.

* Have excellent IT skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

* Work on your own initiative.

* You will need to show excellent written and verbal skills.

* You have a strong background working within high quality administration processes.
