£58,604 per year | £23.00 per hour
Full-time - 49 hours per week, split over 4 or 5 days

About the Role
We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join a highly regarded nursing and dementia care home in Sheffield. Known for its friendly atmosphere and excellent standards of care, this home is looking for a strong leader to support daily operations and champion clinical excellence.

As Deputy Manager, you'll work closely with the Home Manager to ensure smooth running of the service, combining hands-on care with leadership and coordination responsibilities. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of residents and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support care teams across all shifts
• Uphold high clinical standards and ensure best practices in care delivery
• Monitor residents' wellbeing and update care plans accordingly
• Oversee rotas to maintain safe and effective staffing levels
• Act as the main point of contact for families and healthcare professionals
• Support the Home Manager and cover their duties in their absence
• Take a proactive role on the floor, including occasional day/night shift cover

About You

We're looking for a natural leader with a clinical background and a genuine passion for elderly and dementia care. Whether you're currently in a Deputy Manager position or a Senior Nurse/Team Leader ready to step up, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:
• Valid NMC pin (essential)
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior care role (Assistant Manager Deputy or Team Leader)
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Good understanding of CQC standards and regulatory compliance
• Experience in dementia care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
