Our client, based in Surrey, are seeking a Senior Qualified Accountant to work in their modern offices, leading a team on the Accounts Preparation side of the practice, reviewing files and work performed by the team.

Due to growth, they are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual where you will take on ownership of a varied portfolio of clients, offering quality advisory services along with developing the team of 6 beneath you.

The role responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing year-end accounts and files prepared by colleagues, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance
• Acting as a key contact for your client portfolio, building strong professional relationships
• Providing technical support and guidance on complex accounting issues
• Supporting the development of junior team members through coaching and feedback
• Identifying opportunities to add value for clients

To apply for this role you must be:

• Qualified ACA or ACCA (or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years post qualified experience
• Strong technical expertise in UK GAAP
• Experiences in reviewing junior staffs work
