Our highly qualified engineering teams deliver capability and experience across numerous engineering disciplines, enabling the provision of complete end-to-end project management, design and delivery services to our valued long-term client partnerships. We support our clients across five key sectors: Aerospace & Defence; Nuclear; Power & Renewable Energy; Industrial & Process and Infrastructure & Transportation.
We are looking to recruit an Administrator to join us on a part time basis to provide key administrative support to the Engineering Delivery Team. This role will be based in Morson Projects Bristol office and will be instrumental in providing a range of administrative tasks to support our programmes of work within the aerospace and defence section.
This role is a part time opportunity, working around 3 days per week, 5 hours per day, potentially being well suited to someone with commitments outside of work who are looking for a flexible role surrounded by a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reception/general administration duties for the Bristol office, to include compliance, stationery orders, booking in client meetings, organising office lunches and daily admin, as well answering the door.
* Providing admin support & booking travel for management team
* Monitoring and assigning of IT equipment for new starters & leavers - liaising with key stakeholders to support IT orders and returns, deliveries etc.
* Keeping IT inventory up to date
* Welcoming new starters on the first day and maintaining contact throughout their induction period
* Greeting and welcoming office visitors
* Acting as the point of contact for the cleaning company

* Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work across functional teams, with excellent people skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Good knowledge of the Microsoft office suite
* Good prioritisations skills and adaptable to support urgent tasks
