Churchill Howard are looking for an outstanding Head of Finance to join a high-profile business in the Midlands. In this role, you will act as number 2 to the CFO and provide support to the MD to drive business performance and the achievement of ambitious growth targets.You will oversee a highly motivated team of finance professionals and drive commerciality throughout to maximise business opportunities. You will also take a finance lead on contract negotiations, working closely with senior operational stakeholders and clients to achieve successful outcomes.The person we are looking for will be a qualified, highly motivated senior finance professional with extensive experience of full P&L ownership and a proven ability to support business growth. As well as outstanding commercial acumen, credibility, confidence and gravitas will be key here alongside resilience and a positive mindset.This is not one for the faint hearted as the pace will be high, but the rewards for the right person will be even higher.
