My client is looking for a Team Administrator to join on an ongoing temporary basis. This client is a Not for Profit organisation with a small team based in Central London.
The duties include:
- Supporting with general administration; creating documents and collating data, updating systems.
- Support the HR team with general administration.
- Organising meetings for the team and coordinating meeting rooms.
- Supporting with expenses across the senior leadership team.
- Collating meeting notes and creating after meeting reports.
The duties above are not limited and there may be additional duties across the duration of the role.
