Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contracts Administrator to support the management and administration of contracts within our projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring contractual compliance, mitigating risk, and supporting project delivery through effective contract management practices.
Key Responsibilities: -
Contract Preparation & Review:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, subcontracts, and service agreements.
- Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements.

Contract Administration:
- Maintain accurate records of all contract documentation and correspondence.
- Monitor contract performance and ensure all parties meet their obligations.
- Track key dates, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely execution.

Risk & Compliance Management:
- Identify and escalate potential contractual risks or issues.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and client requirements.

Stakeholder Coordination:
- Liaise with internal departments (engineering, procurement, finance) and external stakeholders (clients, subcontractors, suppliers).
- Support project teams with contractual queries and guidance.

Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare regular reports on contract status, variations, claims, and close-outs.
Qualifications & Experience: - Proven experience in contract administration within the engineering, construction, or manufacturing sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management software.
Desirable Skills: - Knowledge of project management principles.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
