Project Manager - Hailsham, East Sussex - School Fitout

Our client is a main-contractor who specialise in internal refurbishments, fitouts and roofing works, and they are looking for a Site Manager to deliver a 15 week school fitout in Hailsham starting in July.

Site Manager will be expected to:

* Monitor and update the build programme on regular basis

Coordinate/ book all trades

*

Ensure trades are performing to program and to highest standard

Skills/ Qualifications required:

SMSTS & CSCS Card

*

MUST have enhanced DBS (taken within the last 3 years)

*

First Aid Certificate

*

Previous School/College/Nursery Fitout experience
